A pastoral dog is also known as a sheep dog.
Pastoral dogs help herd livestock, preventing them from being attacked by wolves, leading them to open-air markets and so on.


To do so, we gather relevant information from around the world, learn from our predecessors, help prevent clients from repeating other's mistakes, and uncover risks to support our clients in making appropriate decisions.
During this process, we may also develop systems and software to improve our client's business efficiency and reduce 'muda'.

  After working for a steel company and a financial information distribution company, he co-founded Odd-e Japan with an American partner.
  He is the only Certified Scrum Trainer® in Japan recognized by the Scrum Alliance®, an international organization related to Scrum. He also serves as the Asian regional leader for the Trainer Approval Community (TAC), which is responsible for cultivating future Certified Scrum Trainers®, and plays a key role in spreading Scrum and mentoring the next generation across Asia.
  Outside of business, he founded Japan's first Scrum Alliance® certified community, 'SukuSuku-Scrum', in 2009, and established communities such as TDD Boot Camp to create an environment where Japanese engineers can enjoy learning.
