AI-Native Lab Development
A Scrum lab team designed on the assumption that AI is used. Speed without sacrificing quality — with you from pre-requirements to operations.
GroupOdd-e Japan Group
Pastoral Dog is a group company founded by Odd-e Japan — a provider of Scrum training and developer coaching — to carry out software development.
Does this sound familiar?
- 01Generative AI produced a prototype, but it can't reach production quality or operations
- 02Every outsourcing round rewrites the spec, and knowledge never stays with the team
- 03We want speed, but not at the cost of tests and design
We build AI into a system for building right, continuously — not just a tool for building fast
An AI-first development process
Code generation, test generation and review assistance become standard sprint work. Requirements, design and acceptance stay with the team.
A lab team that runs on Scrum
Product owner support, Scrum Master and developers as a stable team. Verified with working software every 1–2 weeks.
Technical discipline
TDD, CI/CD and refactoring as daily practice. AI-written code is held to the same standard as human-written code.
This is the umbrella above Low-Risk Minimum Development. Depending on budget and structure, you can scale down to it.
