The only Certified Scrum Trainer® in Japan certified by Scrum's international body, the Scrum Alliance®. Also leads the Trainer Approval Community (TAC) for Asia, tasked with educating Certified Scrum Trainers® and encouraging adoption and ongoing Scrum education throughout the region.
Outside of work, started Japan's first Scrum Alliance®-certified community, SukuSuku-Scrum, in 2019, and formed communities such as TDD Boot Camp to provide an environment where Japanese engineers can enjoy learning.
